We again attended CIA Summit in March 2006 for Christian Independent Artists (An Artist not signed
to a record label) - This years theme was "Iron sharpens Iron" an event to sharpen your skills as an
artist - Featured were panels of various Indies who have become experts in the field and others.
Seminars by Masterwriter software, creating revenue streams, booking and more. The year featured
the first ever Momentum awards, and a concert by Phil Keaggy up close and personal

On a Personal Note: We had a great time Meeting Everyone ! There was a feeling of mutual respect and encoragement amonst the bands and musicians!

Highlights of the program included "The Booking Workshop" with Dawn Jones an excellent way to not only book your tour but to overall effectively communicate the message and intent of your ministry in a short time

Another feature was Music Law Biz: This program was added to the Clear Line Audio Services resource Library as a tool in helping those begining to avoid the pitfalls of contract problems, producer agreements,
and copyright laws

Tom Jackson Productions did an outstanding job turning some somewhat nice performances of songs into special events. It cant be described but there were portions of the program where in 5-10mins he
transformed a performance right in front of us. - A Great program.

The Summer Concert Series with Factor 11 was completed in July
holding concerts in Point Pleasant, NJ and right in Battery Park, NY, NY
Clear Line Audio provided everything needed with the exception of a
few guitars. This included Full PA, Keyboard, Guitar amps, Bass and
Amp, Mics, Power hookups, a full drum kit, even the music and guitar

BILL MALLIA & THE GULF STREAM BAND WORKING ON THEIR LIVE ALBUM
GMA and Indieheaven performing artist Bill Mallia recorded his new live album Saturday, May 12, 2007
at “The Fire Escape”, 159 Washington Street, Weymouth, MA.
Bill and his backup group, “The Gulf Stream Band” took the stage of one of the nation’s oldest and best known
Christian coffeehouses for a special event. We continued the fun at "Chapel at the Mill" in Millbury, MA
Thanks to everyone who came out and cheered along the group as they served up a tasty bite of Bill Mallia Music.
